We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you. The Board of Sasuchan is delighted to announce that Michael Robert has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Sasuchan Group of Companies. Michael will be joining us on September 16th, 2024, and we are eager for him to become an integral part of our team.
Michael comes to us from Anzac, Alberta, where he has most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Willow Lake Metis Nation. Known for his visionary leadership and innovative strategies, Michael has a proven track record of maximizing profit margins and fostering a culture of engaged and motivated employees. His approach is centered on three core strategies: Cultivating, Coaching, and Streamlining.
Cultivating: Michael is dedicated to promoting organizational growth and staff development, creating a positive company culture, and encouraging teamwork.
Coaching: He is committed to mentoring and supporting those around him, both personally and professionally, and seeks out opportunities to help others advance.
Streamlining: With a focus on efficiency, Michael implements best practices and streamlines operations to make the company leaner and more effective.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his spouse, Catherine, and their three dogs. His interests include a variety of sports such as baseball, hockey, curling, tennis, golf, and he has recently taken up pickleball. He also loves reading, playing poker, and is passionate about lifelong learning.
