We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks, and is passionate about supporting community-driven projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct field checks for road construction and maintenance projects.
- Manage phone communications and coordination with community contractors.
- Draft and manage contracts from client agreements to community contractor agreements.
- Collect and verify supporting documents (insurance, WCB checks, etc.).
- Liaise with clients.
- Create and monitor budgets and rate sheets.
- Process and track invoices related to active projects.
- Provide tech support to field staff and General Manager.
- Develop proposals and budgets using Buildertrend and Excel.
- Conduct occasional field visits, site reporting, and photo documentation.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track partnerships, funding, and donations.
- Coordinate logistics and staffing for conferences and forums.
- Support and/or lead meetings and take comprehensive notes for follow-up.
- Schedule and manage maintenance for company vehicles.
- Complete incident reports and conduct safety inspections.
- Navigate and drive on forest service roads.
- All other duties as required by the CEO or General Manager of Construction.
Qualifications:
· Post-Secondary education in business or related field is considered an asset.
· 1+ years of experience in an administrative role.
· Must have a valid class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
· A certificate, formal training, or demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel is considered an asset.

Salary:
The salary range for this role is between $55,000.00 to $65,000.00. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The Project Coordinator reports to the CEO.
